How to take care of the face 
Before you touch the face area, you should make it a habit to wash your hands first with clean water, so that the face is free of germs and bacteria.

Clean the face with running water and give facial massage, to help facilitate blood circulation. It's best to rinse properly and finish with drying using a clean and soft towel. 

Get used to cleansing your face with cleansers and fresheners that match your skin type, every morning and night or every time you leave the house. 

Make it a habit to always wear facial moisturizers every time you want to do activities outside the home, so that your skin stays awake and free from ultraviolet (UV) light that can cause black spots. 

Take about 2-3 minutes every night to massage each facial skin before going to bed. This is done to eliminate fatigue on the face and give skin color to stay healthy and bright. 

Get used to using a face mask at least 2 times in 1 week, so that the dirt on the face will be lifted and the face will become cleaner and fresher. We recommend using a natural mask that is safe for facial skin.

You can try it with a way to peel and wash the bengkoang clean, then grate until soft. After that squeeze the bengkoang water in a filter and place it in a container, let it stand for half an hour. Discard the water and use the bengkoang juice or bengkoang sediment evenly on your face and let stand for 15 minutes, rinse with warm water and follow with cold water.

2. Lime

Lime has Vitamin C content and anti-oxidant substances that are useful to shrink pores, smooth and brighten facial skin. You can try using lime by splitting the lime into 2 parts, then squeeze and take the water, then apply it to the skin evenly. Let stand for about 10-20 minutes, then wash your face with warm water, and continue to wash your face with cold water.
